He was speaking at a program आयोजित on the occasion of the company’s eighth foundation day. On this occasion, Mahindra Company’s Senior General Manager Ankur Srivastava, General Manager (Product Management) Amit Desai, Mahesh Sarvankar, Shyam Global’s Operations Head Gulshan Khajuria, Ruchi Goyal, and several other dignitaries were present. Leading Mahindra genset distributors from across the state, along with company employees and officers and their families, also attended the event.

During the company’s eight-year journey, it has faced many ups and downs. Today, Shyam Global is among the top five generator manufacturing companies in the country and is expanding into other sectors as well. Keeping in mind the parking problems in cities like Pune, the company is working on developing a 16-storey automated parking system based on advanced technology. Additionally, the company is manufacturing robots for a U.S.-based company, Peer Robotics, and exporting them, Goyal informed.

Starting with just seven employees, the company has made remarkable progress in eight years and now employs more than 300 people. We are proud of this achievement and have set a target to triple our business growth in the next three to five years, he added.

Company Director Ruchi Goyal stated that employees are the backbone of the organization, and special emphasis is placed on maintaining a balance between professional and personal relationships. All employees are an integral part of the Shyam Global family, and without their contribution, such success would not have been possible.
